SETTING UP A NEW FLOWPOINT TRUCKFILL ACCOUNT
- New customers can apply online at www.water-fill.com
- Select the WILD – West Inter Lake District
- Select “Apply for Account”
- Fill out the application form and making sure all required fields are filled out
- Complete the Human Validation section of the application form
- Select Apply Now
***Customers experiencing difficulties with account setup can try the following:

- Once the setup process is complete you will receive an email from Flowpoint. To confirm your email address, please click the link within the email.
- A review of the information provided will occur over the next 24-48 hours
- An email will be forwarded to you to indicate your account has been approved. Please review the complete email and follow the link at the bottom to finish setting up your account.
- Complete the account setup process by entering the following into the form:
- Password
- Security question
- Security answer
- Complete the human validation section and click “Confirm Account”
- Click the “Login to Flowpoint Now” link or visit www.water-fill.com to sign in using your email and password.
ADDING A TRUCK TO YOUR FLOWPOINT ACCOUNT
- Visit www.water-fill.com and login to your account
- Click on “Truck Management”
- Click on “New Truck”
- Enter a 4-digit pin number and a Truck Name
- Click “Save”
- Navigate back to the main page by clicking the “Home” button
MAKING A PAYMENT
- Visit www.water-fill.com and login to your account
- On the main page next to your balance, click on “Make a Payment”
- Read the Privacy Policy
- Click on “Make a Payment”
- Enter your desired payment Information
- Flowpoint accepts the following forms of payment:
- VISA
- MasterCard
- American Express
- Pre-paid credit cards (available through most retailers)
- Maximum payments cannot exceed $1000
- Click on “Submit Payment”
- The payment will be displayed under the “Current Balance” section of your account
- Should the payment not be displayed, do not attempt another payment but immediately contact Flowpoint support at 1 (844) 509-2837
