Re: Notice of WILD Water Temporary Shutdown – Emergency Line Repair
Please be advised that an emergency line repair is being undertaken by the WILD Water Commission beginning today, April 28, 2026. This repair will require the temporary shutdown of the WILD system, affecting all non-essential water use in all connected communities, and the shutdown of all truck fills on the WILD system, effective immediately.
Crews are on site and working on the repair. Work is expected to be completed by the end of the day tomorrow, April 29, 2026, but this will depend on the assessment of the break once it is fully exposed. An update will be provided once the repair is completed or a revised timeline is available. In the meantime, please implement water restrictions measures for all non-essential water use in your community until further notice.
